Hi, I'm Sherry. I'm a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Practitioner and founder of Calm Meridian Reiki.
My mission is simple. To help people find peace, calm their nervous system, and remember that healing is possible, even after life's deepest heartbreaks,
I don't believe healing means forgetting what we've been through. I believe healing means learning to carry our pain with more compassion, more peace, and a little more hope each day.
Every Reiki session I offer is grounded in presence, kindness, and genuine care. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to provide a safe space where your body, mind, and spirit can begin to restore balance.

Why I Chose Reiki
I never imagined this would become my life's work.
On December 14, 2020, my beautiful son, Noah, died unexpectedly at just 19 years old.
His death changed every part of my life.
The grief was unlike anything I had ever experienced. My nervous system lived in constant survival mode. I searched for anything that could help me make it through another day.
That search ultimately led me to Reiki.
What began as my own path toward healing slowly became a calling. Reiki gave me moments of peace when I believed peace no longer existed. It reminded me that even in unimaginable loss, healing can still begin.
The more I healed, the stronger I felt
called to help others experience that same sense of
calm and hope.
Why Calm Meridian Reiki Exists
This journey has always been for my sweet Noah, whose love continues to guide every step I take.
But it is also for my eldest son, my only other child. After losing Noah, there were moments when the weight of grief felt impossible to carry. My eldest son became the reason I chose to keep living, to keep healing, and to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Loving him gave me a reason to stay, and walking this path of healing became a way to honor both of my sons.
Everything I create and every Reiki session I offer, and every life I have the privilege to touch carries a piece of them both.
